Chelsea in a black, semi distressed leather. Looking good in my conversion, came back into the shop to order some scatter cushions as the sofa looked a bit bare. I got talking to the lady there and I had mentioned that there was a bit of a tape mark on the leather, she gave me a leather cleaning kit for free. Great customer service, why can’t more companies look after their customers like this?
