We purchased a 3 seater leather sofa in October after receiving many leather samples to help with our selection. To our delight delivery was much earlier than we had anticipated. However a small scuff was discovered upon unwrapping the sofa, most probably caused during delivery. This was immediately reported back to Darlings who offered a complete replacement, or alternatively a specialist could be sent out to repair it. We went for the latter and a superb job was done, with free conditioner and cleaner sent to us in the post. I cannot fault the customer service we received from Darlings, it was exceptional. The Sloane sofa is high quality Salvaggio leather in Rum and is extremely comfortable and should last us years. I would have no hesitation in recommending Darlings of Chelsea, there are no pushy sales people, just helpful staff who respond straight way to any e-mail queries you may have. In fact we are thinking of ordering a second sofa in the near future.
