I ordered a corner sofa made up of multiple parts. Unfortunately one piece was delivered incorrectly (which was handled very well) though when the replacement arrived it was made of a new material batch and so did not match in colour or feel. I was exceptionally grateful for the way in which this problem was resolved in a very satisfactory manner. I now LOVE my sofa and would not hesitate in using Darlings of Chelsea again, despite the hiccups along the way!
