The service offered by Darlings of Chelsea was excellent. We visited their shop in St Albans before we ordered and we are very pleased with the sofa. The delivery men were very good, arrived on time and assembled the sofa quickly. Due to it being a sectional, it was very compact and had no issues getting up our stairs to the lounge. Will definitely be using Darlings of Chelsea for my next sofa.
