Charged me £25 cancellation fee when THEY cancelled my policy.
No warning, no notification, just an email saying they were cancelling it.
Appalling level of customer service when I tried to get an explanation, probably lucky I never had to make a claim over the years really if this is how they treat customers.
Will never go near Darwin, Direct Line, Churchill or any of their other companies.
