User's recommendation: Since this could easily happen to others as well, I’d like to suggest that Dating.com provide clearer upfront instructions during the login process. For example, a reminder like “If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or add us to your safe senders list” would be very helpful. This kind of guidance would save users time and reduce confusion.
