All customer service finished the moment the we paid for the camper van. All sorts of issues with the van none of which the staff wanted to help with when we called. We paid for storage but twice when we called to say we wanted to come and collect it we were told we couldn't because they couldn't get to it. Very poor service and the van needed lots of work done as poles were in back to front, and the canvas wasn't attached properly in places. Our hour of instruction was spent mainly looking for bits that were missing from the camper and we weren't instructed to pull out the canvas rather than tucking it in when folding up with the result that our canvas tore.
