Davinci IQC is an all around good vaporizer. It hits smooth and heats up rather quickly. That being said there has definitely been hiccups getting off the ground. First is connecting your phone to the IQC. The supplied website address is no longer active. I had to contact customer service to get the correct address. When they provided it, they acknowledged the IQC can get very hot and would be cooler to the touch if I bought a silicon sleeve. Well I did and it works but I’m a bit upset I had to pay $7 above cost to cover shipping on something I could have received free shipping on if the getting hot issue was acknowledged when I bought the vaporizer. Or maybe just include it with the IQC for free since it’s a cheap add on. 3) The battery is not great. My new vaporizer only last one eight minute smoke session and then it dies. Customer service has yet to resolve this issue and didn’t seem to understand the issue I am having. This should be a five star review but unfortunately there are some hiccups that need to be addressed to save future customers the issues I’m having.
