Didn't work right out of the box. Won't charge. Immediately clicked email link and sent to customer service- email came back as undeliverable. Tried again today with no reply. This is the 3rd email from the company (congrats, how to, blah blah) following purchase but no customer support. just want a label to return and want my money back.
