I bought into the IQ2 ecosystem. The dosage pods, grinder, hydro tube, and the works. I really like the build quality and thoughtfulness of it all... Except for the hydro tube. My only feedback on the vaporizer would be sturdier hinges and that they should include the spacers with the device. The hydro tube I bought worked awesome for like two weeks, and then one day I started a session, walked away to clean up after working outside and came back to the device being powered off, soaked in water and leaking brown water. The hydro tube cracked from the inside out.
That's where my problem with Davinci starts. I emailed Davinci support immediately, and did my best to dry out the device. I was worried the vaporizer was ruined, but the device seems to be okay. Even more upsetting than feeling a little ripped off by the hydro tube is the fact that it's been days since I reached out for advice, and I still haven't heard back on my support request. I must have spent $500 or more with these guys over the past couple months, and I was really disappointed that I couldn't get a hold of anyone for some advice. I don't expect them to do anything now, but it would have been cool if someone had taken a moment and gotten back to me with some suggestions on how to dry everything out to save it.
In all I don't plan to switch right now, but I don't see myself replacing my Davinci stuff with more Davinci stuff when it breaks or wears out.
