I ordered this vaporizer because I heard good things about quality and liked the easy to keep clean vapor path and temperature controls. I really liked the vaporizer for the few days that I had it before it stopped working. The chamber is cracked even with gentle use for less than 30 uses. I can't get a refund for the device, and I'm still waiting on replacement which wasn't even initiated when they emailed me saying I had to accept a warranty replacement due to no refunds and asked for my address. This could've definitely been handled better. I don't trust that the next replacement device isn't going to just crack like the other one. It was never dropped, kept gently cleaned, and never packed too hard or heavy and cracked within two weeks.
