The MIQRO series dosing capsules are great! After I figured that I needed two picks to pull them apart, it made using them easy! Just fill them up with your favorite herbs, snap the cap on and you are ready to put one in your oven. After a session, I put the capsule inside the silicone case until I clean it out and refill it again. Keeps your oven clean and works great!
