I am new to the Dry Herb Vape market and after much research or what fit my needs, I settled on the DaVinci Miqro C. I cannot get this thing to work for me, no matter how I use it, pack it tight, pack it loose, different heat settings… I can’t get a “cloud” out of it and just cannot get even close to the experience of a “Traditional Bowl Herb” I have contacted CS, a week ago, no response. Maybe I’m just not doing it right, currently it’s sitting in drawer next to the $150 hole in my pocket.
