The review is for the product. Pre heat, haptic feed back, and variables temps are all good features. Now to shipping and customer service. It took two weeks to get the device. Davinci told me there would be updates and accurate tracking. Nope! Item Sat at their place or the pick up point. Tracking and updates were vague and inaccurate. I was told there would be an update prior to delivery. Nope. The item just showed up w/o advance notice. I was told that an adult would need to sign up on delivery. Nope! Customer service answered my first email promptly, but only to tell me to be patient. My next email went unanswered. I was sent a request to write a review before the device arrived! I sent the review request to CS, and there was no response. I explained that I would have to have the device to properly review it. The device has only been around for about ten days, so I can't yet speak to durability. Charging times and battery use seem fine.
