Worst ordering fulfillment process and never received product. Ordered on Black Friday 27th of November and is now February. Contacted customer service many times about the delay of my order. Said they reship and refund the shipping which they did. Since that point, it's been reshipped via 3rd party carrier 10 business days ago with no Holidays and still not arrived. Not sure if Davinci really sells the ARTIQ vape or just stealing your money.
