First, I would recommend that you increase the both the size and the color of the font you use in the instrucition pack. You have room for a larger size and together with a more contrasting font would make it much more user friendly. Second, I would also recommend that you include some step by step instructional videos on your web site. I found some on YouTube, but why not have them linked on your web site? Third, the color presented on the web and the actual color of the device is misleading. I ordered green and was sure it was black until I got it outside in the sun and saw the dark green hue. And last, I had problems with battery management. I think it would be good to give more detail about what to expect (how long does a battery last if I just let it sit? , do I need to charge it every night? what happens if I leave it plugged in for days?
