I bought a Davinci iq2 on 2-26-2024, I am having issues with it. 1. Sometimes display and start button going wild. 2. I have a hard time getting battery door to close, and when it does not really secure. I have sent emails with issues and I only get a reference number. Have not been contacted and don’t know if they will ever contact me. What I’m saying is I am very disappointed with customer support. You can’t talk to anyone on phone. My iq2 is junk, rarely works, lots of money down the drain. lol, a 10 year warranty, first issue was within a month of purchase, second issue 1 month and several days. WHAT WARRANTY?
