For the times I've been able to get it to worked, it has been absolutely fantastic. I am disappointed by the instructions in the operator's manual, which is about the size of a saltine cracker. I think the price ($249--if you're lucky enough to find one), is worth every penny. Super tastes coming through, mild vapor that doesn't hurt my throat, and it's great when I get it going correctly so I can sit back, and enjoy the fruits of nature without worrying about a thing. Maybe you guys could send me a link to some (good) videos that do more than say, "this is all you do." And it doesn't work out. ?? Bottom line--strongly recommended piece of hardware; worth $249. I just need to find someone locally that knows all the ends and outs.
