I have been a customer of da Vinci vaporizer since the first product and have been a very happy customer until recently. You used to have the best customer service and with my company I have recommended numerous people to your company. Unfortunately, to get a new vaporizer when one is not working is very painful and not worth my time and effort. With that said I will no longer be doing business with your company as your customer service went from the best ever to now it's like you can't even get through to anybody. No one talks on the phone. It's totally unacceptable and the customer service Director should be fired . Again, I will never do business with your company and I'm very disappointed about how you have made to get a return so difficult. I am not the only person that feels this way and some things need to be done. You're not gonna have any customers. Thanks again for the best products in the universe which I just love but at the end of the day without customer service, you have nothing.
