I've had for several months now and absolutely loved it up until recently as my device is now getting very hot— so hot that it needs to be put down mid-session as it's uncomfortable/painful to hold. This is now pretty much every time we use it and nothing in the actual maintenance, herb, or session has changed. Really disappointed as I quite liked this device.
