Customer service response time for questions/concerns/issues could be quicker if "Davinci" had the brilliant insight of hiring and staffing [a] living human being(s) at their office to answer DIRECT phone calls. It is not practical, intelligent or possible to run a well functioning business through robots and AI. Even a live chat room is not available! We want REAL PEOPLE and we want them IMMEDIATELY if we need to interact with Davinci. A 24 hour wait for an email response is NOT SATISFACTORY. You must in the blame the owner of the company for sliding down this slippery path of failure. Once starting an email conversation, there tends to be fairly good service, but this is not enough of a good business practice to retain customers. I blame the OWNER, not the employees who are courteous and kind.
