I love the airflow dial, because I had issues with vaporizers and coughing; this allows me to dial in what works for me (only available on some models though). I also like their prompt shipping as a company. I just wish certain things (the stainless steel capsules etc) were more regularly in stock, or there was a way to get notified when items/accessories/variants were back in stock. If there was such an option, I did not encounter it on the website.
