After having my latest device for only a few months, the lights would not come on when I turned on the unit. It also will not light up when charging, nor heat up when turned on. I have owned a total of six of your devices, and all but two have had some type of problem. Either the problem stated above, or not charging, poor battery life, or the magnet on the lid not keeping it closed. I am currently preparing to send the units back. I am trying to reach Davinci by phone first before I do. The units work great until they develop a problem. Please reach out to me. I have an account with you.
