I love the design, it’s sleek and beautifully made. However, I have been unable to produce any vapor using IQ3. Wow, I do get a nice buzz, and the flavor is delicious at level three. Not once have I seen any type of cloud. So it feels really unsatisfying. I could use some guidance here. I am using your grinders your dosing pods and cleaning it after each use. I am using dry shake. I use it in the morning on level three and again in the afternoon on level four. But I do find it unsatisfying. please help. I made a very big investment. I want this to be my go to device.
