My parcel was due for delivery yesterday and I canceled all my plans for the day and waited, but no delivery took place.
I am utterly disappointed at the way they conduct their service because I usually shop online and other couriers check if their clients received their parcels the next day.
I don't know where my parcel currently is and the fact that the contact numbers they provided go straight to voicemail is not helping.
My disappointment is also at the shop I bought my parcel from because you need to do some background check on the type of service the courier company you are appointing, check their reviews and what the customers are saying about the business,clearly they didn't do that because there are bad reviews and complaints all over.
If I knew I wouldn't have bothered buying the product in the first place.
