I have been waiting for a parcel since 2nd December 2020.

There are about 10 transactions on the tracking document.
The last addition states "postal code incorrect" Goodness knows what the process is but its obvious it is'nt very efficient. After a week of trying to contact you telephonically I managed to get the phoned answered about 10 minutes ago (4pm) only to have the phone put down in my ear as soon as it was answered.
I tried again this time with success. The operator used the Black Friday very busy excuse and when I asked her to confirm my delivery address she put the phoned down!!!! and you say you record the calls for quality purposes. I suggest someone listens to them...........
