I bought a bunch of essentials a few days before it was actually needed on the 8th of January 2021. To my surprise I get a notification on the 12th from Clicks that the delivery cannot be made because the address was wrong. I immediately phoned them and was told the parcel is with Dawn Wing. I phone Dawn Wing and they tell me the postal code was not correct. Obviously a courier company can’t figure out the correct postal address using the exact area, they are apparently not allowed to use Google... I gave them the correct postal address and they said the parcel will be out for delivery the next day on the 13th. I stayed home for the collection and they never arrived. I phoned them again on the 13th, they the parcel is not out for delivery and the address was not updated. A lady said they will phone me back as soon as possible to let me know when the parcel will be delivered. Nothing! I phoned again later and your rude agent dropped the phone in my ear when she could not answer my question on when the parcel will be delivered. So much for customer service... The same thing on the 14th, I phoned both Clicks & Dawn Wing. The person at Dawn Wing said once again, they will phone me back with a solution. I am still waiting for that call... I explained the urgency of the parcel to a bunch of people at Dawn Wing. Nothing! Nowhere did Dawn Wing ever follow up, contact me or even give me any feedback on the problem. If I did not phone them, to this day, there would have been no contact from them and my urgent parcel is sitting somewhere in their warehouse gather dust. – I have already reported the matter to the provider where I shopped and explained that I will not support them anymore because of their courier partner’s bad service. For a national pharmacy to take 7+ days to deliver a parcel is an absolute joke, Clicks need to find a better courier partner. If you need anything urgently, Clicks online shopping is not the right place to go. They use Dawn Wing and they have zero urgencies to deliver or resolve issues. Worst customer service I have received in a very long time. I am appalled by the service I got from Clicks & Dawn Wing and will NEVER support them again, neither in-store nor online. I now try and phone them and the agent I get to intentionally drops the phone in my ear.
