I am waiting since yesterday for a parcel, received a SMS informing me it will be delivered before 5. Got a call in the morning, to late to answer, phoned back to hear that the driver will call me if he is 2 addresses away from me. Phoned again in afternoon, hold since I was caller 10, when I reached caller 1,I was cut off! Got a SMS at 5 to tell me I was not at home, so my package delivery will be rescheduled!!! Phone this morning, the guy did not even apologize for their bad service, told me with a bad attitude that I will receive my package today before 2, I am still waiting!! (1 pm) Terrible experience!
