I received a message advising that my parcel would be delivered today at 15.00 i received a message saying that i was the next stop. At 18.00 i called to query as i was still waiting i was told that it would be delivered by 19.00 without doubt. No parcel arrived. At 22.00 i received a message saying that i wasnt at home to receive the parcel- absolute rubbish as i had been at home all day waiting. Today the driver arrived with such an attitude i asked him what time he was here yesterday and he said he wasnt but the app he uses doesnt give him the option to say that he ran out of time so he said that i wasnt at home. I didnt want to sign as i know that there is a electronic means to acknowledge receipt- he promptly phoned the sender and said that i wont sign.
What a bad experience why would I sign manually if i can sign electronically. I would not recommend anyone to use this courier service.
