Dawn Wing is unreliable. I get SMSs saying it will be delivered by 11:00, but it does not come. Calling them is no use. I called and was number 33 i the queue and had to wait 19 minutes. I sat it out. After the 19 minutes I was caller 2, and then the loop started again at 33 with 19 minutes to wait. This is how they treat their customers. Holding them in line, wasting time and money and doing NOTHING. I will not use them at all.
