Dawn wing is the worst courier service ever. The drivers are quite nice but due to the inefficiency in offices they are still stick delivering after 6pm which can be inconvenient and danferous for drivers and recipients of pkgs. Switchboard and management don't give a hoot about people they deliver to. They make sure you understand that if ever you have a query...You can go to hell. They wont even give you a rough time frame for delivery. "We don't know where the driver will go"...please wake up. Have some client stds and interest. He wont be driving randomly feul is expensive. Here a hit tip...ask him. If they cant help me with info to plan my day then they will just have to come many times and not find me cos I'd like to be present to get my pkg...but you wont help that by giving me a 4hrs time free...so enjoy rescheduling into infinity. We cannot be held hostage by delivery solutions that are deesigned to be a problem and don't respect our time or our need to work. You don't care about my time...well I got news. I dont care about wasting yours either. If you can't be consumer friendly you will lose clients and liquidate. Good luck with that...sadly you deserve it One star says s lot...a customer centre company would try harder. I pity the poor drivers working for a pittance
