Shocking Customer Service ! Incorrect number of items delivered still awaiting balance of order over 2 weeks on !

Dawsons Music didn't get back to me yesterday with a Tracking Number and Carriers name. I was promised a call back today from the Customer Services Manager but this didn't happen...the Customer Service level is shocking!, I have now had correspondence with 4 members of the Team none of them seem able to help me with my outstanding order item...I have now involved the CEO of Dawsons Music and so it will be interesting to see if I get a result from him.
I will continue to post updates until Dawsons complete my order and I actually take receipt of the outstanding item !
Despite many phone calls and emails to Dawsons Customer Services, I STILL await the balance of my order as in my original review.
I have been a loyal Customer over the years with Dawsons shops and online..but in my opinion, I find the service has very much gone downhill and Covid cant be blamed for this.
I have spoken to Customer Service yet again today and asked them to complete my order this week with Carriers Name and Tracking number....I await this information today and if not received, I will post a further update on the situation.
If I receive my order this week, I will also update this review
