Once a loyal customer who lives in the EU. I ordered as usual & I'm aware of the import duties since BREXIT. Unfortunately Daysoft didn't provide a customs declaration that it is authorised to ship medical products. Further more that document isn't available to download from their website. I was unable to collect my shipment & pay the import taxes without this document. It appears Daysoft hasn't fully prepared for the New Customs rules after BREXIT but is still willing to sell to customers in the EU. I find their business ethics unprofessional & unacceptable.
