I order a phone skin December 11th, on the 16th my package arrived empty and created an issue. This issue was answered on the 22nd saying they will send it right away. Since then, the shipment tracking mail arrived on January 4th saying the case will arrive on the 14th, one month after I ordered it, even though they promise a 10-day shipping. I understand that packages can be late and mistakes can be made, but the issue that it took them 6 days just to answer my first issue and then 14 more days just to process it and send the replacement.
