The skin I ordered did not fit the back of my laptop. There was only one product selection (Razer 15 blade base 2020) , which describes mine accurately but incompletely. They requested pics, which I sent, and they agreed. The selection did not fit because, according to them, it was a "niche" product by Razer (no ethernet) and there was nothing they could do other than store credit because I had tried to apply it. They offered no refund. How could I tell it did not fit and also send requested pics if I did not apply it? Lol. I have no use for any of their other products so I did not want store credit but they refused a second time. All this hassle for a glorified sticker.
