Verbally abused brain cancer patient
I have been a loyal dbrand customer since 2017 - I placed a last minute order for my husband’s family back in Belgium on Sunday before I leave on Thursday - my transaction (paid with PayPal with a credit card in my name) was flagged as suspicious - I messaged support immediately and never heard back - I thought it might be worthwhile to message some employees on LinkedIn to see if they could help. One guy was super nice last night and said he would pass it along to support - I said ‘Thank You!’ and then received the following message this morning. I know my judgement might not be the best with my brain tumor but it made me sad…
