This company took £79 to provide an express service for a disclosure Scotland certificate. I phoned to check progress and was told they don’t have anything to do with the application once it’s submitted and to phone disclosure Scotland direct.
On phoning disclosure Scotland I was advised there was no express service.
When I contacted DBS they were totally uninterested in the fact that they compromised my ability to secure a job and charged for a service that doesn’t exist.
