The customer service is pretty poor. There’s no save chat facility and you get ignored. I’ve no idea if it’s because my enquiry was small, but I asked twice for a quote and how much adhesive to order for the amount of carpet tiles I wanted. I ended up ignored. The point I kept having to write “hello” in the online chat. The agent then said they’d call me because they were still working it out, and never did. If the product was sold elsewhere I’d have gone elsewhere. So I worked it out myself and placed the order. The product itself is great. And my cats love it so don’t worry about pets thinking it feels weird under foot. Sample provided was good too. Happy with the price. So if you know what you want, and how much then go for it. Delivery communicated well. If you’ve got questions be prepared to be disappointed. Or contact them via email as you then have a copy of your own enquiry and who you’ve tried to talk to.
