Lovely product but delivered in branded box with no clear warning at checkout that this would be the case. In doing so this was a Christmas gift ruined. When I emailed to complain, I was met with a brusque reply that directed me to an obscure part of the terms and conditions that said boxes would be branded unless otherwise asked for. The customer service representative was unhelpful and stopped replying mid email chain with no explanation. Sadly will not use again or recommend.
