Items arrived quickly and they really did make me smile 😊😊 I couldn't have been happier. On closer examination however, one of the heads had become detached from the body. I sent an email to Customer Service and within the hour I received an apology and an explanation that it must have occurred during transit. A replacement was despatched immediately which arrived the following day and was perfect 😊 I managed to carefully glue the almost beheaded ducklet, and handed it over to my local charity shop. If it could make someone smile one more time it would be worth the original disappointment. Guess what... it flew off the shelf, so I am to assume that it made someone smile once again 😊 I would certainly recommend DCUK and I will be back again. What a perfect gift!
