I was surprised and disappointed to learn that customs duties were charged on my order. I feel this should be made very clear on your site. Had I realized the amount of duties, on top of the exchange ( which I was aware of), I would probably not have placed the order. The final cost of each of the small ducks I ordered was almost $100 cdn, far too expensive for the size of the carving
