The booking process was quick and easy and great that I could order in Germany from the UK and have an item delivered to USA. Disappointed that I paid for the tracking service and was given no details. Contacted DCUK and they sent me the "live" information but it never updated and I never heard from the courier. Thankfully, in just under two weeks I heard that the item had been received by our friends so was grateful all was well although it caused me a little anxiety that I didn't know what was happening. Would use again though. (Can't answer questions below as no idea of the details)
