Ordered a hob which was delivered in perfect condition 10 days later by a most friendly and helpful delivery man. I was at work all day so had requested him to deliver to my work. He brought it in to the building and, when I said I would get someone to help me to my car with it later, he promptly picked it up and took it to my car in the car park. He put it on to the back seat and even put a seat belt on it! Bless! Pretty rare to come across this level of service and much appreciated. There was a special offer of a set of pans with the hob, which did not get delivered at the same time. The delivery man said he expected they would be sent separately on purpose. When they did not arrive after another 2 weeks I e-mailed Deals4u who responded within an hour with an apology. My pans were dispatched and received a few days later. Very happy with using this company and would definitely recommend and use again.
