I would not have given such a high rating originally as we ordered a clearance slightly dented Bosch dishwasher (that would not have shown once fitted) for a lower price, received a 'returns' dishwasher in error, then this was exchanged for the clearance item which had a worse dent than advertised and the fixings missing! All the time we were in contact with customer service who were very helpful in sorting our problems. In the end did we did negotiate some compensation for the mix up and issues, where we were given the option of the fixings sent for the clearance item with a further price reduction, or a brand new Bosch dishwasher for a discounted price, so we decided to pay the difference for a new one and this was exchanged! So all in all, 5 weeks and 3 dishwashers later we have one fitted and working well! I believe that if I had ordered a new dishwasher, I would not have had any of these problems, the customer service was good, mistakes happen and they rectified them for us probably at a financial loss to themselves! Even if you pay full price for a new one with Deals2u, they are a staggering £80 cheaper than AO for this Bosch model so I would definitely use Deals4u again for purchasing an appliance!
