Product delivered as ordered and in good condition and is now installed and working. Your help telephone number was professional and helpful in tracking the delivery but I did not receive any prior (previous day) warning of the delivery. Fortunately it all worked out but my presence at the flat was literally at the last moment with the driver at the door.
An option for your driver to take away the old unit would also have been attractive.
It would be very useful to have an on line tracking facility as your competitors.
