Ordered Dimplex fire, email with confirmation of order stated "delivery lead time" approx 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing, so phoned - was told it was due in the following week - I phoned again to confirm if item had arrived at depot- had not arrived - could be another week.
I decided to cancel my order.
When making phone calls, the person on the other end was very pleasant.
It would have been helpful if I was kept up to date with emails instead of myself making the calls.
Phoned another company on Tuesday late afternoon, very helpful, placed Order for same item and received it today - Thursday late morning - emails and text messages keeping my up to date - arriving on time - less than two days from order - paid £15.00 more, but well worth it.
