I did have to call Deals4u as the items had not arrived as describe in the 3-5 working days and then received them the following day, Thank you. The filters were just what I needed for my cooker hood. I was a little surprised however when I opened the cardboard package that the filters were not wrapped individually but lose in the cardboard sleeve. Maybe rethink the packaging. Thank you.
