I ordered a White Knight tumble dryer earlier this month and it arrived on the dot, for which I am grateful. When I phoned the free number to register it under the 1 year guarantee, full details were taken, but when I asked for my 'Personal Guarantee Confirmation Code' I was told it would be sent to me in the post - that was on the 13th February, and so far it hasn't arrived. Perhaps it's early days, but to date, I have no proof that I have registered the machine, and if it should break down, no proof that it is covered by the Guarantee.
