Appliance ordered 14July with 7-10 day delivery time. I phoned on 26 July to track product. I was told it was in Glasgow and would be delivered on 27/28 July. Phoned again on 28July -was told it was in Cambuslang but it would not be delivered till 31July. Phoned afternoon of 31July -was told it would be delivered on 1 August. I asked to speak to manager who did not come to phone but told receptionist to say it would be delivered by 5pm that day.
An hour or so later Delivery man arrived looking to pick up a palette of 8 fridge freezers from our house!! Much confusion. However after yet another phone call the item was delivered at 4.45pm. Not good customer service - very inconvenient for me waiting in on several occasions for order which did not arrive . We could have been kept informed .
