I expressly stated that delivery of my washing machine could not be made until I instructed delivery to be made, as the property was not complete. You failed to take any notice of my instruction and this machine was delivered and currently sits in a garage at the Show Home on site. We have not therefore taken delivery of the machine yet, or had the opportunity to inspect for damage. The machine will remain your responsibility until we are able to inspect and arrange transport to our new home, which may be some weeks away. We are not impressed, and we were extremely embarrassed by the delivery!
